There may be a lot of spam happening this weekend - I finally have time to sort things out, finish my Secret Santa fic, answer all the things that's been piling up for three days and post all the things that's been piling up as well. So here goes a meme a took from dante_kent:

Favourite character: Damon Salvatore. Do I need to explain?
Least Favourite character: Matt, I guess. That's tough, because I'm really not good at disliking characters. At the end of 2s I practically loved everybody, but s3 Matt got too boring for me.
5 Favourite ships (canon or non-canon): Damon/Elena, Damon/Elena/Stefan, Damon/Alaric, Caroline/Tyler, Damon/Katherine (do I just ship Damon with everybody? o_O)
Character I find most attractive: Caroline. I mean, just look at her. She is pretty, she is charming, she has an amazing smile, and the Jackie Kennedy costume was MINDBLOWING. If I didn't have to choose just one, I'd also add Katherine.
Character I would marry: Alaric. I know he isn't perfect, and if someone lied to me the way he lied to Jenna I'd probably kick his sorry ass, but still. He is a decent guy, we'd make a good team and read the hell out of every Viking scripture on our way!
Character I would be best friends with: Damon... Don't look at me like that! I'm being a realist here. He doesn't talk about his feelings, he puts up a show and does many other things that sound familiar. Many of my friends are at least a bit like Damon.
A random thought: I'm always waiting for flashback episodes, and I love them to bits, even if it turns out that flashbacks actually suck. I have a thing for flashbacks, just like I have a thing for pre-series.
An unpopular opinion: it's rather a fandom thing than a show thing, but let's say it. I HATE fics in which vampires bite people during sex. HATE HATE HATE. It's not romantic. It's not sexy. It can't be pleasant for a person getting bitten. I have NO IDEA how did it become such a popular trope, but I blame True Blood, and now TVD fanfiction is contaminated. WHYYYYYYYYYY? :(
Canon OTP: Damon/Elena counts as canon, right?
Non-canon OTP: Damon/Alaric
Most badass character: Elena! She is just a human girl surrounded by vampires, and yet she can escape a werewolf, she can kill an Original, she can take control over her own life, she is brave enough to say that she doesn't want to be a vampire... Be more awesome, Elena, I dare you!
Pairing I am not a fan of: Matt/Caroline
Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Jenna. I will never forgive them for killing Jenna! First they kept her in the dark, so she was barely a part of the plot, they they got me all excited (VAMP!JENNA, OMG, SHE WILL BE MADE OF AWESOME, WHEN IS THE NEXT EPISODE, I WANT MOOOOOOORE!!!), and then they killed her. SUCH A WASTE OF POTENTIAL.
Favourite friendship: the Salvatores
Character I want to adopt or be adopted by: I guess I could be adopted by Jenna. Or we could both adopt Jeremy!

Oh, come on, half of this journal is about how Damon is my favorite character XD. I love him, because he is so complicated I've been writing fanfiction about him for over a year now, and it didn't even start getting boring!
