30 Days of TVD - Day One

semeleI'm not in the best of moods lately, and I need a distraction. So I found myself a 30 day TVD meme.
It's not very likely that I'll be posting every day, but I hope I'll be done with this meme by Christmas. It's also possible that I'll change some of the questions (not many, since I like most of them; if there are questions that you think are worth adding, please do share :) ). Generally it is supposed to be fun, so I see no reason to be strict about the rules.
Dear non-TVD flist, when the amount of spam gets annoying, let me know, I'll make a filter or something.
Day 1 - Your favorite character
Yeah, that would be Damon Salvatore.
Impulsive, unpredictible, with interesting background, complicated motivations and absolutely no excuses. He has good dialogues, he flirts a lot and he drinks too much. Besides, I like my fictional serial killers complicated, and I'm a sucker for civil war stories. As we've already established in various TVD discussions, Damon is a deconstruction of a romantic hero, and that's my #1 Nerdy Reason to like him. It seems that lately I spend so much time talking about Damon that it's hard to say something I haven't already said far too many times, so can we just assume that I said it all over again? You know, those things about Damon's intriguing relationship with his brother, awkward yet awesome bromance with Alaric, tons of romantic Elena delusions, innocent young hobbit phase, wide range of issues and all that stuff? Good. I can elaborate if you wish. Damon for me is simply the most interesting character to write fanfiction about, and I'm a compulsive writer, so I just had to choose him.
Oh, and he is my favorite drama queen.

No ale najbardziej lubię jego relacje ze Stefanen, co wielką tajemnicą nie jest :)
