GUESS WHAT! I finished the Secret Santa fic, which means that now I have my life back and I can answer ALL THE COMMENTS!
1. I generally don't like first-person narratives, because they're so easy to screw up, but in songs it doesn't bother me :). Especially here - Damon is a very unreliable narrator, but we have pictures to prove him wrong, and the clash is the best thing in this vid :D. And, of course, you know what I think about Elena's anger :D.
5. Oh yes, the "I will always choose you" scene was so hot! And the necklace scene in 3x01, WHOA! What are your other "PASSION THEY CAN NO LONGER DENY" moments?
7. This pretty much sums up everything Damon is. His love is unconditionally given, but he has to deserve someone's love. He needs to say things, he needs to perform, and he DOES IT FOR HIMSELF. Which is twisted: he does everything for love, and it's the most selfish thing he does in his life. A very human thing to do, don't you think?
